Cancellation Policy
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are a specific time set aside for you. It is important for your progress that you attend your scheduled appointments consistently. Situations may arise where you are not able to attend your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via telephone, text, or email. If you need to cancel your session, 24 hours’ notice is required as it allows for that time slot to be offered to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24-hour notice or failing to show for an appointment will result in a $75 cancellation fee that must be paid at the beginning of the next scheduled appointment.

Mindful Synergy is credentialed with the following insurances:
Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, HAP, Magellan, Medicare, Meridian, & United Healthcare. For individuals without insurance, private pay is also available as well as sliding scale fees.
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. There is a $25 returned check fee.
